NFM Wrocław Philharmonic

The NFM Wrocław Philharmonic has been growing in international acclaim since the opening of its new concert hall, Poland’s National Forum of Music, and the appointment of music director Giancarlo Guerrero, “an authoritative conductor with confidence and flair” (Seen and Heard International). They perform Brahms’ sublime First Symphony and Bartók’s final completed work with Polish pianist Piotr Anderszewski, celebrated for his “intellectual power and keen imagination” (The Daily Telegraph).

Please join us at Opus Restaurant and Café, located in Symphony Center, pre- and post-concert for a polish-themed prix fixe menu! Reservations can be made in advance at cso.org/opus, but are not required.

Cost per person is $35 which includes the following:

  • Appetizer – Potato Pancakes
  • Salad – Mizeria (Polish cucumber salad)
  • Entrée – Beef and Pork Stuffed Cabbage with Kielbasa to the side, served with sauerkraut
  • Dessert – Szarlotka (Apple Pie)

Can't join us for dinner? Indulge in a Polish Szarlotka cocktail at Opus bar during intermission of the concert.
